Amb.Bhaskar Balakrishnan

Dr. Bhaskar Balakrishnan has been an Indian diplomat for 33 years and served as Ambassador of India to Greece and Cuba. He has worked in several countries in Africa, Europe and Middle East and for over ten years with various UN organizations in Geneva and Vienna. He set up and headed the Investment & Technology Promotion Division of the Ministry of External Affairs concerned with promotion of foreign investment and technology flows. He was educated at Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, Delhi University, and Stonybrook University, New York, USA. He is an adjunct faculty member at JSS University, Mysore.
